By registering or using the service, you accept the Terms of Use and all operational rules, policies, and procedures that may be periodically published on the IDE3 d.o.o. website, which may be updated without prior notice.

These Terms of Service apply to all users of the service, including content creators, information providers, and other materials and services

Ide3 d.o.o. may also restrict access to certain parts of the service or the entire service without prior notice. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. IDE3 d.o.o. is not liable for any damages caused by failure to comply with this security obligation.

You are responsible for all activities and actions taken using your account within the Out-of-office application solution.

Using the service for any illegal or unauthorized purposes is prohibited. Furthermore, when using the service, legal provisions must not be violated.

It is strictly prohibited to:

• Publish, transmit, distribute, or disseminate any information, topics, or materials that are unlawful, false, offensive, or promote racial, sexual, or any other form of intolerance;
• Post advertising messages, solicitations, chain letters, or advertising notices;
• Abuse, threaten, or otherwise violate the rights of others;
• Use materials or information, including images or photographs available through the Out-of-office system, in any way that infringes on intellectual property rights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, or other rights of Out-of-office system users or third parties;
• Transmit files and other content to the Out-of-office system that contain viruses or similar programs or data that could damage the operation of the Out-of-office system or equipment on which it operates;
• Collect and use any information about the Manufacturer or third parties through the Out-of-office system;
• Create or use fake identities to deceive users or other individuals;
• Send any other type of unsolicited email / SPAM
